Ready to discover our Island story? Then you’ll need the free Island Explorer app. It’ll take you to our landmark castles and museums, and once you’re there it’ll lead you to all the special places, and introduce you to people from the past who will share fascinating stories from Jersey’s rich history. You’ll have the option to follow the trail of your choice or go off the beaten track to the many heritage gems located on the Island’s coastline, in the bustling town or peaceful country lanes.
This is a brand new app, and more sites are being added all the time. We’ve started with two extremes - one large and one small site. Elizabeth Castle, in St Aubin’s Bay, and Les Hurets Guardhouse in a remote location on the north coast. Come inside, and we’re sure that you will have a historic adventure.
